💡JJW 21 SOLUTIONS LLC – EMD FUNDING RATE SHEET The fees listed below are total borrower-facing fees. All submission requirements must be followed exactly — incomplete submissions will be automatically rejected.

💸 REQUIRED DEPOSIT We require a 5% upfront deposit to lock in EMD funding. That means 5% of the total amount the loan is for.

The minimum deposit collected on all loans is $250.

This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and credits toward your total fee for the loan. (Paid directly via Zelle or wire, with the remaining balance reflected in your paperwork. Because time is of the essence, we typically use Zelle, but you are always welcome to wire.)

📑 Submission Requirements (Must Follow Exactly) Full Purchase Contract and EMD Invoice.

Borrower’s Driver’s License and Entity Docs.

Wire instructions for escrow and title company contact info.

Proof of communication confirming EMD amount and due date.

24–48 hrs notice prior to funding deadline for review and approval.

All fees are due upon approval and before release of funds.
